HOW DO PREORDERS WORK?

Drops are launched usually on Fridays and will only be available for a limited amount of time that will be specified in the description of the Instagram post and the item listing on the website. Once the preorder window closes all orders will be sent off to be printed. Once they’re sent to the printer it takes roughly 3-5 weeks to turn around depending on the workload of the printer/size of the order. When the items are finished printing, your shipping label will be printed, your order will be packed, and your item(s) will be dropped off at the post office. Due to this entire process, it can take up to 5-6 weeks for your order to ship out from the time it’s placed.

WHERE IS MY TRACKING INFO?

You will get an email with your tracking information when your shipping label is printed. This is NOT when the package is dropped off at the post office. Once you receive the email, (unless there is a random unexpected delay) your order will be dropped off at the post office within a day or two.

DO YOU SHIP TO (INSERT COUNTRY)?

We will ship anywhere in the world. International shipping rates have been steep for the past couple of years, but if you’re willing to pay them, we’ll get an order to you.

WHERE IS MY PREORDER?

If you’re asking, that means it’s still in the production queue! Production updates are posted on my Instagram story every Monday and are always saved in the story highlight in my Instagram bio if you ever want to check up on the status of your order.

HOW DO I REACH CUSTOMER SERVICE?

The safest bet is sending an email through the contact form on the website. I do my absolute best to respond back to all DMs but occasionally some slip through the cracks.

CAN I COMBINE MULTIPLE PREORDERS?

To avoid there being any mix ups during the packing and shipping process or items accidentally being sold as leftovers, we do NOT allow separate weeks preorders to be combined and shipped at the same time.

CAN I CHANGE THE ADDRESS ON MY ORDER?

Provided that you haven’t already received a shipping confirmation email, we can absolutely make changes to the address on an order. Just reach out with your order number and the updated address and we’ll get it changed around for you.

I MISSED THE DROP. CAN I STILL PLACE AN ORDER?

Once the preorder window closes, no new orders will be accepted. There are regular (usually monthly or bi-monthly) leftover sales that feature limited quantities of items from past weeks drops that will not be preorders and will be on hand and ready to ship. Beyond this, popular designs are reprinted occasionally, so there are usually opportunities to purchase an item you may have missed.

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER OR EXCHANGE SIZES?

All sales are final! Please make sure to double check your sizing when placing an order. Once an order has been shipped no returns or sizing exchanges will be accepted (barring a mistake made on our part).

WILL YOU MAKE A SHIRT FOR ____________?

No, probably not! If I haven’t seen it or don’t care for it, then it’s not something I’d feel comfortable making a design for. If it is something I like, then chances are, a design is already coming! No design requests or suggestions please!
